Welcome to my substack! I’m going to be posting about topics relating to coaching, thinking about how coaching can be more player-specific (including gender), how we can be more creative in coaching, I’ll be sharing aspects from my practice and tackling anything send in by you.
I’m a coach within Rugby Union. I’ve set up two grassroots women’s teams as well as coached university and pathway rugby, PWR and Championship players. I also coach in schools to grow rugby for girls.
I’m doing a Professional Doctorate at Leeds Beckett that looks at coaching rugby union through the arts to think about new ways of coaching and new ways of talking about coaching…and how this can benefit coaches.
